Who Counts as a Member?

Your tier is based on members in your Slack workspace — the people who could use Decision Desk if they wanted to.

These don't count toward your tier:

  • Slack guests

  • Single-channel guests

  • Deactivated or archived users

If your Slack says you have 45 members, you're on the Growth plan. Simple.

The Free Trial

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. Full access to everything — no credit card required.

When the trial ends, you pick monthly or annual and upgrade directly inside Slack. All your decisions stay intact.

How Upgrades Work

You don't manually upgrade. If your workspace grows from 30 to 35 members, you move from Starter to Growth automatically at your next billing cycle. If it shrinks back, you move down.
