Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: December 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Decision Desk Slack application (“Decision Desk” or the “Service”), operated by Nova Path Group LLC (“Nova Path Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By installing, accessing, or using Decision Desk, including by starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Decision Desk. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Decision Desk only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for all content, decisions, and data entered into Decision Desk by you or anyone in your Slack workspace.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Decision Desk solely within your Slack workspace for internal business purposes.
3. Accounts and Slack Integration
Decision Desk integrates with Slack. By installing the Service, you authorize us to access and process certain Slack workspace data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for managing user access, permissions, and workspace settings within Slack. We are not responsible for actions taken by users you authorize.
Decision Desk does not analyze general Slack message content beyond what users explicitly provide when creating or interacting with decisions.
4. Free Trial and Subscriptions
4.1 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial that provides full access to Decision Desk features. No payment method is required to start a trial unless otherwise stated.
At the end of the trial period, access to the Service will end unless you choose to start a paid subscription.
4.2 Subscription Plans and Billing
Decision Desk is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle, depending on the plan selected.
Subscription fees are based on the size of your Slack workspace or the number of active users, as described on our pricing page or during checkout.
Billing begins at the end of your free trial and recurs automatically on the same calendar date each billing period.
For example, if your trial ends on the 10th of the month, your subscription will renew on the 10th of each subsequent billing period.
Active user counts are determined automatically using Slack workspace data at the time of billing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.3 Fees and Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine otherwise at our discretion.
If your subscription is canceled, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
4.4 Taxes
Subscription prices do not include applicable taxes.
Depending on your location, taxes such as sales tax, VAT, or similar charges may be added at checkout or invoiced as required by law.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges imposed by your jurisdiction, excluding taxes based on our income.
5. Termination
You may stop using Decision Desk or remove it from your Slack workspace at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your license to use Decision Desk ends immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
Decision Desk, including its name, logo, software, design, and related materials, are owned by Nova Path Group LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Decision Desk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Path Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Decision Desk after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
