In plain language: Decision Desk keeps work simple and secure. We collect only what’s needed to make roles and decisions visible inside Slack. We don’t sell your data or use it for ads, and you can remove the app anytime.
Nova Path Group LLC (“Nova Path Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Decision Desk Slack App (“Decision Desk”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Decision Desk is currently available for installation through our website and will soon be listed in the Slack App Directory. This policy applies to all users who access Decision Desk through either channel.
Information We Collect
Slack workspace data: When you install Decision Desk, we receive limited information from Slack such as your workspace name, team ID, and authorized user details.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use Decision Desk, including role assignments, decisions logged, and related inputs. This allows us to display and manage roles and decisions correctly in Slack.
Contact information: If you contact us through our website or by email, we may store your name, email address, and message to respond to your request or follow up on feedback.
Billing information: If you begin a paid subscription, we may collect limited payment and billing details required to process your subscription through our payment processor (such as Stripe).
Note: Decision Desk does not currently collect analytics, billing, or account registration data. These capabilities will be covered in an updated version of this policy once launched.

Personalize your experience so roles and decisions display correctly inside Slack.
Maintain security and monitor app performance.

We retain workspace and usage data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
If you uninstall Decision Desk, associated workspace data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
Billing and tax records may be retained as required for compliance purposes.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
While no system is entirely secure, we continually assess and improve our security measures to protect your data.
User Rights & Choices

Decision Desk is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
