Before You Submit
Quick fixes for the most common issues:
Decision Desk isn't responding to /decision → Make sure it's invited to the channel. Type /invite @Decision Desk first.
Can't see the Home tab → Click on Decision Desk in your Slack sidebar. Try refreshing Slack.
Not getting notifications → Check your Slack notification settings for the Decision Desk app.
